According to the SAEM,
It used 100% of Belgian Spau water instead of distilled water :)

Main slogan of this product advertisement is the makeup that never dries.

It controls pores and sebums and naturally fixed skin tone makes shimmering skin.

As it repeatedly says that it finished skin irritation test, it seems like it avoided intense components.

It is good for oily skins suffering from smudging makeup.

Ingredients contains lots of flower petal extracts. The box seems like it smells like petals.

Formulation is not that sticky or thick. bit thin.
It's creamy but not cream type or balm type.
Thick emulsion, I insist.

It makes natural shimmer.
But it somewhat looks like oil came up.

As palms have lots of wrinkles.

I usually test primers on palm.

I tried it on my face and it is similar to formerly posted banila co. Hydrating Primer.

But this one is bit thicker and better for pulling makeup to adhere :)

I like the moistness of this primer.
But I suggest people with oily skin to control oil balance first with sebum control product in basic care step first.

It also has normal sun care index though it is a primer.
If you are concerned with UV Rays, this must a pleasant product for you, too :)
