One is Organic UV Rays Block and another one is Non-Organic UV Rays Block.

However, it is hard to apply evenly on skin and causes skin troubles unless it is thoroughly cleansed.

It was amazing.

Therefore, it was not that oily and had silky finish.
So I think it can be used during summer without any problem.

Right, Non-Organic UV Rays Block is a physical UV Rays block. So be sure to cleanse them all thoroughly.
