I purchased this on a whim earlier this year and I wanted to fully try it out before writing this review. I thought it was a decent starter toner for my sensitive acne prone skin but I didn't notice any big differences in my skin. I didn't breakout while using it which is good. Do note that this toner is not watery but the consistency is a little thick. The directions on the box say to put some of it on your finger tips and then pat on to your face. I tried this and found that the toner just sat on my face looking greasy and unabsorbed. It was a complete 360 when I used a cotton pad to put it on. This definitely isn't a HG so I am on a hunt to find different toner.
