Most people that i know dont use toners.I wasn't into them much myself.But now i can't live without them.You either love them or hate them.I understood how good a toner is when i ran out of it.A month or so ago i ran out of this toner.So till i ordered a new one i tried other toners.My skin got oily,my blackheads came and said hi and whiteheads too.I never realised how good this toner made my skin feel.I am so glad that i have it once again in my hands.I even got some COSRX stickers to dress it up  pretty,pretty.Anyway,i think if your skin is oily or dry and cant wash it too often using this toner in the morning instead of cleansing foam is great.Just put it in the fridge and you will feel so more awake at 6 am.
