because it's an opaque black, I've worn this both on its own and with mascara on top and my lash curl lasts all day without drooping, smudging or flaking.

the only thing is that it has more of a thicker consistency and sometimes if there's too much product on the wand, it will stick the lashes together, but all you have to do is wipe the excess off the wand when pulling it out of the tube.
