Very pretty packaging, as expected from Laneige, but this lip product is basically a high quality tinted lip balm. The balm itself is very moisturizing and heavier than normal lip balms, and it sort of feels like the Aritaum Overnight Lip Mask. I got the darkest shade (Cherry Milk), but it is definitely not as dark as it shows in the company's product swatch. As you can see in my swatch, the red color is quite light, and to really get it to show, you need a couple of swipes or to press down harder when applying. It does give you that really pretty gradient effect quickly, and is good for an everyday look.
