For the price to size ratio, this is a perfectly acceptable hydrating product, but nothing amazing. It's a clear liquid that is thicker than water but thinner than a gel, and it absorbs fairly quickly (give it a minute, maybe) to a tacky, dewy finish. It's definitely not oily at all. There's a faint floral/herbal scent that fades quickly.

The hydration from this product lasts a few hours, but I don't feel like it has any other notable effects.
