It has a very loose texture that doesn't clump; the puff does a nice job while applying, but I do prefer a powder brush. The powder itself has a strong white color, but it won't look white once applied unless you apply way too much. As for the "No Sebum" claims, holy, this powder does a GREAT job. A light application is all you need to set make up and/or sunscreen, and it will keep you matter for hours. I apply it at ~8am and I'm still matte by 4-5pm. As a downside, this powder can be drying if you don't keep your skin hydrated and healthy.

Used this powder for awhile, it does have a matte finish but after a few hours my face starts to become oily. I still use it until now but might grab another no sebum powder from a different brand.
