First off, this thing is fantastic for covering the pimples. I started putting it on in the morning and literally did not noticed its presence the whole day. So for wound dressing and preventing you from touching it, it's A+

The thing I'm skeptical about, is that it is very unpredictable, helping with some pimples while almost doing nothing with others. I used this for a total of 6 pimples, one of which (on my nose) took 5-6 small patches to see any improvement. However, another pimple I had on the temple shrunk after on night, and it is a big bumpy one too.

So what I concluded from my experience is that it definitely works better when the pimple is more 'ripe' aka when you can see the white stuff. And it works perfectly on open pimples. But for new pimples I would say it helps shrinking and acts as a cover so you won't touch them, but not like it will flatten them out and cure them right away.
