I finally got it and I can say it's life changing from the very first use: After double cleansing, with my face as bare as possible, I spread a blob of this on a cotton pad and spread it on my face, avoiding the eye and lip area (this was a bit tricky since most of my comedones are around my mouth). Then I wait 30min before continuing with my skincare, this seems to be crucial! The other thing that is very, very important is to always apply sunscreen! Even after the first use my skin was so soft and healthy looking, the comedones are slowly disappearing too.
