I really wanted to love this, but unfortunately, my sensitive skin does not. I was so excited that Skin79 has come back to Jolse, so I bought this BB cream and the Orange one. I have tried Skin79 BB creams before from sample packets, but I have not tried this Gold one before.

First off--this looks really beautiful on skin. I was amazed on how nice my skin looked and how my complexion looked radiant and healthy. Initially I was really thrilled about this BB but then, after 3 days... my face started to hurt and my skin was feeling really irritated and sore. The only thing I had changed in my skincare routine and makeup was this BB cream, and after the 3rd full day of wearing this on my face, I noticed that my skin was breaking out in some rough painful rashes :( I immediately stopped using this after that.

It's really disappointing as Skin79 BB creams are supposed to be really good, and I've barely used this bottle. I might give it another attempt after a while to see if it'll work, but honestly I'm kind of scared to. It took weeks for my skin to recover from the irritation this gave me. I'll probably have to give this one away to someone with less sensitive skin.

Other than this not working for me personally, the packaging is beautiful and the BB itself has a beautiful finish that looks great throughout the day. The swatch for the Gold BB in the photo is the swatch on the bottom (the top is for the Skin79 Orange BB). It is very slightly darker than the Orange BB and slightly pinker, but this blended perfectly into my no.21 (between MAC NC15-20) skin. The swatches were just roughly applied and not blended in, so it looks lighter than my skin tone in the photo :)
