At first I was not happy with this cleanser. It smelled like tea tree or pine tar (I couldn't place the smell) and I didn't see that it moisturized my skin. However, I continued to use it since it didn't do anything bad to my skin. I'm glad I did because I have grown to love this cleanser. It is mild but very effective at cleaning. I use this as my morning cleanser and as my second cleanser when I wear makeup. It doesn't dry my skin out, and I have gotten used to the smell. What I like about it is when I had an allergic reaction on my face this cleanser was gentle enough that it didn't irritate my skin further. All the things that made me go "meh" originally have turned into things that I like about this cleanser. Other gentle cleansers in my country (USA) irritate my skin and cause breakouts, even all the ones beauty gurus list as holy grail, this one is the only gentle cleanser that doesn't irritate or break me out.

It just cleans without any fuss.
