REVIEW on VDL Expert Color Lip Cube Tranquility

This is Expert Color Lip Cube Tranquility,

a collaboration project between VDL and Pantone =P

The gradation from serenity to rosequartz gives the case an elegant feel.

.... and it's also one of the available colors.

I actually wasn't expecting this. =D

The case is very minimalist, very elegant.

The squarely edge of the lip cube also reinforces that feel.

You can tell, it looks positively moist.

It's shorter than I expected,

but it's pretty enough :D

It comes in three colours.

The colours as they are seen on skin.

Serenity colour is almost like a lip balm, if anything.

1. Serentiy

.

It comes with a tinting feature

so it gives off a more natural look, working in conjunction with the lip's own moisture.

.

I love its natural colouration,

but I don't think the photos are doing justice.

.

It actually looks prettier than you might think.

.

.

2. Wellness

.

There is a slight hint of pink

but it's not too much so it gives off a more stable feel, rather than bright.

.

It's the kind of colour that akes your lips really pretty.

.

.

3. Purity

.

Purity has the warm feeling.

Feels like coral, maybe?

.

It gives off the soothing feel.

.

.

It's very well-moisturized, and it's good at hiding dry skin.

.

I had a lot of dead skin cells on my lips during the review test

but this products deals with them effectively enough.

The colours are great too.

.

But its moisture maybe too sticky,

so I am not so sure about people who have pet-peeves about hair sticking onto lips.

.

Instead, I recommend this to people who have consistently dry lips

and naturally liquidy colour.

.

Colours are pretty and case looks elegant as well,

it's a good product! =)
