REVIEW on Rilakkuma Triple Correcting Powder

What's the most sought after powder during summertime?

No-sebum powder, of course!

Until now, I thought the best no-sebum powder was

Innisfree No-Sebum Powder,

but now we seem to have a new challenger.

When you have this good of a quality, the cute case is just a plus.

This is a part of A'pieu's Rilakkuma lineup.

And out of those, this has got to be the cutest design.

Sealed lightly with a sticker.

Open th lid, and you will see a very soft-looking powder puff.

.

I took a photo of the puff, and all I got was this...

.

It's that soft-textured.

Very fluffy and soft.

.

Once you remove the puff from the case,

you will see another inner seal.

Be careful when removing this.

.

If you yank it too hard, the powder inside will just come blowing out too.

.

Oh yeah, just in case you haven't realized,

it has three colours!

.

Maybe it's just me, but isn't this interesting?

This would be the White Sebum Control Powder.

The other two being Pink Blue Powder and Yellow Fitting Powder,

the three are to be used together.

They correct the tone and overall add more brightness to your skin.

Also dead skin cell control. =D

The powder it self has a very crisp texture, like new snow.

Or powdered potato.

The powder is very finely textured, no doubt.

.

Interestingly enough,

it never gets stuck between wrinkles.

I think I'd never seen something this fine be like that.

I tested on my face.

I forgot to take the before photo, so you can't compare between the two,

but I can tell you that the powder holds the makeup together

while making the skin soft.

I myself don't like having too much powder on my face,

so I usually use brush.

I did so this time as well.

.

Usually with powder prducts, the base makeup looses its brightness,

then makes the skin texture relatively soggy,

but thanks to just how fine it is, this powder has none of that.

I used a foundation brush instead of a normal one

and it sticks to the skin rather well.

I was especially impressed with how it keeps the oiliness to minimum.

I only used it for 3 hours,

but still, I couldn't feel much different after that,

so I think I can say it's a successful test. =)

It does an impressive job at controlling dead skin cells.

Not so sure about correcting the skin tone, however.

It's not really "correcting" but just giving more brightness to the skin.

.

Of course, it will be different for everyone in the end.

All I'm saying is that it doesn't offer a dramatic result in correcting the skin tone.

I love the quality, and I love the case design as well,

I recommend this to people who get oily during summertime.

.

One thing, though: just like no-sebume powder,

this doesn't really cover well.
