This is IOPE's Suer Vital Twin Pact,

designed to stick to your skin as soon as it's applied,

to give the skin silky smooth texture.

Luxrious looking box.

It comes in two tones.

There is a puff and a manual.

Pretty case, with lots of golden glitter.

And it has another puff inside.

I think the other puff is supposed to be different,

a better one.

This one however is pretty puffy.

A transparent inner cap.

This is No.21 tone.

.

.

And this is No.23.

.

.

No.23 looks darker.

.

.

This is when spread.

So I used No.21.

This is applied with brush.

.

There is a bit of brightening,

but mostly smooth surface.

.

I think you can call this semi-matte.

.

.

This is applied with the puff that's included within the pact.

.

This lacks brightening effect,

but it is designed to conceal more.

.

.

Left is brush, right is puff.

.

The one done by puff is a bit... stuffy.

But at least it's safe from hair sticking all over it.

.

It's not too dry though.

Even with brush,

it provides satisfying concealing effect and smoothness,

so I'd say use any tool you are best with.

.

I think semi-matte makeup is really great for weather like thi.

.

It's been a while I was impressed by a pact.

I should get another one.
