I have started using this rice cleansing water because I love rice water bright cleansing oil. I use it after the cleansing oil to remove any residue make up in case cleaning oil didn't get it all off. It smells a bit weird, but you get used to it. The only problem I have with it is that it stings my eyes a bit and I don't think the bottle will last me very long. The pump is not very precise, so I get some of it on the pad, and some ends up on the floor. But it doesn't break me out. All in all it is a decent product. I follow with gel based cleanser as it is recommended on the web. I am not sure I will repurchase.
