To preface: I am MAC shade NC15, with combination normal-oily skin and some dry patches on my cheeks during the winter. I've been using Innisfree's No Sebum Mineral Powder for the past few months of summer, but as the weather has slowly started becoming cold and cloudy, I've noticed the slight white cast it leaves on my face makes me look positively ghost-like towards the autumn/winter months - I figured I should start wearing a tinted powder to give me some colour during the colder months instead!

I've heard that Innisfree's tinted equivalent of the No Sebum powder has problems with the granulation, so I went with this version instead. I was kind of worried because it's a 'one colour fits all' kind of thing, and I'm usually too pale or yellow for those products. Nature Republic's powder is very, very fine, with no clumps or uneven textures, and light beige in colour. I like that the powder and the puff is separated, making it more hygienic, so all I need to do is hold the puff against the holes and flip it upside down, turning the puff around, to get an even coating on it. When applied, the beige tint is just enough to give you a healthy glow and I can imagine it being especially effective during the winter. It also does a good job of covering up the pores around my nose, though I do still get a little shiny after wearing it for 3-4 hours! That said, since it's so small, it's easy to carry around for touch-ups. Definitely a handbag essential as the colder months come!
