Rate Date 2018-06-17 04:25:30 Recommend 6 Recommend Views 289 I like this oil based cleanser. I haven’t tried it over make up as I don’t wear make up often at all. But it does a good job cleansing my face. It doesn’t irritate my eyes or skin. It smells pleasant but not perfumed. Gets milky with water and does not dry out my face
