THE 💋LIP💋 TINT YOU NEED!

A couple months ago I was scrolling through IG’s explore page. The algorithm IG seems to have catered to me brings up a lot of “homecafe” and food content, skincare posts, and many, many lip tint posts. It was from this particular post (seen below) that had popped up while I was scrolling along Instagram that showcased five swatches of Moonshots Tintfit Shine Lip Tint, all of which I knew I could and would wear. One thing led to another and I had ended up purchasing two. Trying to limit myself, I decided on the shades 502 Youth Coral and 505 Mood Berry.

I’m extremely impressed by these lip tints. I had never tried anything from Moonshot before and only really knew the brand because of its affiliation with YG Entertainment and having Lisa from Blackpink currently as the face of the brand. I decided not to look at any reviews prior to trying to make sure I went into these lip tints with no expectations or assumptions/opinions.
I have had my fair share of disappointments when it comes to swatch resemblances of the lip products that I received versus the ones shown in campaigns and product descriptions. I was ecstatic that both of the colors of lip tints were exactly as advertised!
The texture of the lip tints have a little tack to them, which helps them to stick better and not shift around. One layer provides great pigmentation. I prefer to sheer the tint rather than having a full lip, and blend the edges out to create that gradient/faded look. There’s a beautiful sheen to them similar to lip gloss, without the extreme stickiness of one. One thing I really enjoy about this lip tint is how it wears down over time and the leftover shade it creates. How much you apply will determine the level of tint that is left behind. The more you apply, the deeper the tint once faded. There’s also a fruit candy-like scent to the tint that I really enjoy!

This is a minor thing, but I really enjoy that there’s only 5 color options. Sometimes brands release over 10 colors for one collection and it can be very overwhelming to a consumer. The 5 shades featured in the Tintfit Shine Lip Tint are different enough from one another and can be layered to achieve darker and deeper colors if wanted. I think these five colors are all flattering shades that would look great on all skin tones!
If you can get your hands on these lip tints then I HIGHLY recommend for you to try them. They’re fuss-free, have great pigment and the packaging is adorable! I totally give these tints 10 out of 10 stars. There’s legitimately no flaw in them and I can’t wait to buy more!
