This product is used to lower the pH of your skin so actives (like the AHA whitehead liquid, or the BHA blackhead liquid) can work. Make sure to let this completely dry before adding the AHA/BHA/vitamin C. Also, I don't like the spray top, so I spray it into my hand first, then rub it around my face, instead of spraying it directly onto my face. I think this is a design flaw and needs to be changed into a regular pump. I doubt this product alone will give you any impressive results, but you must use it as a 1st step for the other AHA/BHA liquids.
