This ampoule makes my hair very soft and shiny after use. I massage the ampoule into damp, towel-dried hair before blow-drying. It did not help much with frizz, in my opinion. However, my hair is definitely softer to the touch and looks healthier. There is a strong scent, but it fades off after a night of sleep so I don't mind it. I do wish there were clearer instructions in terms of how much product to use.
