these patches are great! please keep in mind you're supposed to use them on open pimples only- using them on a pimple under the skin will not have an effect. i'm currently purging out closed comedones, and whenever one of them comes to a head, ill just make sure there's an opening (i it needs one be gentle- lancet tools help if you know how to use them) and pop one of these patches over top. within an  hour or less the gunk will be sucked out from the pimple, but it's always a good idea to leave it longer if you can since it prevents further bacteria from getting in! once you rip off the patch (gently now!) you can see the sebum sucked out from the pore, which feels great since you know it's working, and the bump will be drastically flattened. these speed the healing process as well. plus, no irritation on my skin which is dry and sensitive.

they feel a little pricey since a pack can run out pretty fast, but still a good deal. i really recommend giving them a try!
