The toner is on the watery side.  Love how there is no scent and the lack of harmful ingredients!  There are no English ingredients on the package.  The bottle is dark, see through green and plastic.   Again, if many dislike scents or very strong smells, this toner was great.  Toner wise, it felt nice and didn't break out my sensitive skin.  As watery toner, I used essence right after so don't know how it dries down.
