do NOT use it on pimples which are still not ready to pop. you're wasting a patch. it won't do anything. you have to wait for it to 'come out' before putting a patch on.

do use it on shallow pimples. it's such a good feeling when you peel it off the next morning and the gunk's all gone. BUT most of the time, there's till remaining gunk in there, so you won't have a choice but to squeeze it out cos if you don't then you'll risk getting an even bigger pimple.

but weird tip: i got it from a korean youtuber (can't remember her name but she's blonde and she's done a lot of vids on acne-related skincare). she said to squeeze the pimple THEN put the patch on for a scarless heal. anyway, i tried it and it does make the scarring less noticeable. i've been doing that since. just make sure you use either q tips to squeeze the pimples, or wrap your fingertips with tissues.
