This is a nice, brush-tip eyeliner capable of drawing very thin, fine lines. It's waterproof, and I was hoping that it would stay put on my (very) oily eyelids, but it does wear off/smudge throughout the day. I won't take points off though because I haven't met an eyeliner that was a match for my eyelids! This also came with a small makeup remover, which I haven't tried but looks like the standard oil-based remover.
