It's quite moisturizing, and though I've only been using it for a few days, it does a good job of keeping my cuticles feel soft and moisturized. Nothing especially amazing, but functional and nothing to complain about as a cuticle nail moisturizer. The only thing was that when it came, it is sealed but once I pop open the cap, there was some spillage on the sides of the pen (on the plastic bits rather than the brush) even though I haven't turned the top (to dispense product). So I feel like there was some wastage of product via transit from jolse. So maybe some changes to the design of the packaging would help.
