This formula is really watery, which can be good or bad. If you're used to applying liquid liner and you're fast at doing it, with just one or two swipes, this is great. It gives a smooth, straight and precise line. But if you are new to it, it can be tricky with this somewhat runny formula. I have some fine lines around my eyes and if I don't work quickly the eyeliner will bleed into the lines, and since it's a waterproof formula it's quite hard to clean up when that happens. But that's more "on me" than the product. I think it's great that it doesn't smudge, but still is easy to wash off with a makeup remover. This comes off in one swipe with a micellar water, so that's a big plus for not having to rub my eyes! I think a lot of people will like this. I won't buy this again, but I'll use it up.
