Rate Date 2015-05-15 23:59:31 Recommend 82 Recommend Views 1234 This is my very first korean toner. I read that it is mostly rose water and no alcohol. I am a big fan of rose products in skincare so I decided to try it out. It is gentle on the skin, it doesnt sting, doesnt leave you with the super tight and clean feeling western toners give. It has a nice clean relaxing rose smell. What I like is that it leaves my skin super soft after using.
