This is very light-weight toner (recently Korean Brands started to call these products "Skin"). I use it usually in the evening after I wash and clean my face (for morning routine I like to use more "thick" toners to make sure that my sking is well hydrated during the day. But it was a big help during summer too - it helped me to cool and calm down my face after whole day.). It contains pure green tea ferment extract instead of distilled water - so basically, you are using tea as you toner. There are many cometic hacks that use green tea bags so I am sure that it is very beneficial to the skin. It will not make your skin oily but it will not dry it out or sting your irritated skin areas like produts that contain tea tree oil. I think that it is good alternative for people with acne prone skin, that cannot use tea tree oil product because it irritates their skin. It kind of moisturizes your skin too, but do not expect anything excessive.
