I've been searching for a pencil liner that would actually stay where I placed it without the fear of turning into a raccoon.

Once this pencil dries, it does not move.

It glides onto your skin with very little pressure, then sets to where I can rub the line vigorously with my finger and it won't smear.

I have normal eyelids but watery eyes and the UD pencils that everyone seems to love, move everywhere except where I want it to be and I'm left with smudged eyeliner in a matter of a couple of hours. This one does not move, even if I draw a wing.

I purchased the Bloody Angel color, as I've been on a red eyeliner kick lately. The color is a little more pink than I expected but still a nice red-pink color. This pencil also has a bit of shimmer in it, so if you aren't looking for a shimmery pencil, I'd look elsewhere.

In the picture, the bottom two lines are the Clio Pencils - the top is freshly drawn, and the bottom is after I've rubbed it for about 5 minutes.
