When I use this on acne im not quite sure if the results I get are from this or my salicylic acid, I have also used this alone and difference I see is defiantly negligible aside from the slight reduction of inflammation of acne but does nothing for post acne scars. Of course its hard to say if its time itself healing the pimple or this ampoule. The texture is very light and I do not find it to be moisturizing so i use it as a spot treatment only. I tried it on red patches and It didn't really seem to help with general redness but it prolly needs a long time to take effect.
