I know this product has received a lot of flak for being high on the pH scale, and especially for being drying.  If you're using it just as a cleanser, and with no follow up moisturizing or anything: you will not be thrilled with this product.  I used it as my general cleanser for when nothing was particularly wrong with my skin- no major breakouts, whiteheads, etc.  This is the second step in my current routine, behind removing my makeup with micellar water.  It does take a little while to foam up, which is my only gripe with it.

Basically, use this cleanser as part of a whole routine, and be sure to moisturize, and you will be pleased.  Even before working in other aspects of my routine (serums, essences, etc.) it helped clear out my pores and reduce sebum production throughout the day when just following up with a regular moisturizer throughout the day and a night moisturizer before going to bed.
