CLIO - Kill Black Water-proof Pen Liner - 01 Black

This liner is super black, yay!

Then Pen liner has a liquid-like consistency. When I swatched it on my hand, this one runs into your micro lines on your hands, similar to what lip tints do. I did not see this on my eyes, but if you might have ages eyes that I would stay away from this one. I do find the Pen liner to perform good in creating thick lines, but for more defined lines I like the Brush liner better.

This liner is 100% smudge proof, but not really water-proof; maybe if you walk in the rain, your eyes get wet and then don't touch them, nothing happens ...BUT because the moment your eyes get wet and you touch them, BOOM all is gone. My test: I wet my eyes nothing happens, then one swipe and it was all gone. Then I hold my (swatch)hand under running water, nothing happened, then 1 swipe with a finger and it just breaks up it tiny pieces and it's gone.

It is also not oily eye corners proof.

But to me, whatever, for the eye-looks I make, I really like this liner :)
