This primer is tiny! It's Etude House so of course the packaging is cute. The applicator is quite nice and the primer is decent. It's not outstanding in any way though - some of my eyeshadows still crease after a relatively short amount of time. It works very well with mattes but those would sit well on my skin anyway. It's a slightly shimmery primer so the finish is lovely but I have eyeshadows for that. So I'm not sure if I would recommmend it.
