Rate Date 2015-09-08 07:23:25 Recommend 97 Recommend Views 1424 The powder is a nice quality, smooth and silky, though the pigment isn't very strong. But as a eyeshadow primer color, which is what I bought it for, it works fine and does a good job of lightening up my eye area and feels quite nice.
