This essence is lightweight, absorbs quickly into the skin and leaves a matte finish. I heard good things about Huxley products but this one does not impress me at all. I'm still a greaseball after a few hours of applying it. I might try it again with a different moisturiser but high likely will not repurchase. For your information, I have combination to oily skin and it is hot/humid throughout where I live in.
