First of all, the packaging is gorgeous! The bottle is simple, but the box is cute as hell :-)

The toner is intended for acne prone skin. It does not irritate my skin, does not make it oily but it also keeps it moisturized.

The consistency is thicker than usual toners but it does not run out very fast as you would expect. I have been using it for a month and I still have about 2/3 of the bottle left. I really recommend this for people who have problems with acne or oily skin but they do not want to overdry the skin. Even oily skin can be dehydrated and I think that this toner is perfect for keeping the right balance.
