Although it is called Glitter Eye Primer i can't say it is really glittery, just a little bit shimmery but goes well even with matte eye shadows. Very nice against the skin and not skicky. Lets the eye shadow colour reveal its beauty, works well with mass market products making them better (as with Maybelline The Blushed Nudes in the pic). Makes the shadows stay longer which i truly appreciate. With me it doesn't crease, but i heard sometimes it does.
