This eye primer is great in almost all fields - quality, price and performance! The eye primer has a doe-foot sponge applicator like most eye primers, and is quite sheer and has virtually no colour once blended. It's smooth and makes my eye makeup last just as long as when I apply a translucent powder under my makeup. Only problem is, that when I try and use a brush tip liquid eyeliner over it, I find that even when it's dry, it halts the ink flow of my eyeliner. I have to wipe my eyeliner brush pen on my hand until the ink flows back through then keep on doing it. It makes it annoying, so when I use eyeliner by itself I prefer to use the powder method. Other than that, it's really good quality for it's price and makes my eye makeup last a lot longer without smudging. I highly recommend!
