This toner looks quite boring but it actually works quite well. It is very watery and mild and quite soothing. I don't know if it reduces redness much (but to be fair nothing much does for me...) but I do find it calming and it makes a difference when I don't use this toner.  When my skin is very dehydrated, this toner does hydrate it quite well. So it's not the most hydrating toner, but it does help to hydrate my skin.

I find it works well to clean your skin too, I often use it in the morning with a cotton pad to clean/refresh my skin in the morning, because water often makes my face red. And that I find makes my skin hydrated and not red. It's also easy to layer, and I find it works best if used in 2~3 layers. My skin definitely looks more dehydrated without this, although it isn't enough hydration on it's own.

My skin type is dry/dehydrated and I have mild rosacea and slightly sensitive skin. I can't use this close to my eyes - but that I think is normal for most toners. Anyway I recommend this toner for anyone who needs a light, fragrance free toner. Have already repurchased this one :P
