This toner was just ok, but not great.  If you're looking for a moisturizing toner, this does the job, but not much more. It comes out as a viscous, sticky white liquid and it leaves your skin moist but a lot more sticky than it should be. This toner is just a few steps above drying alcohol-based toners and offers no other benefit besides moisturization, but because it's so sticky you would expect it to be more moisturizing than it really is! I think it's probably because the beneficial ceramide is very far down the list and it relies mostly on glycerin and water, which is fine, but that's just so common.  The worst part is, it smells really strong and articifical, and its scent is difficult to stand.
