This primer's ability to keep my face matte isn't outstanding, but it does a decent job. I was initially interested in buying this because it has tea tree in it, but there isn't much of a soothing effect. Compared to Etude's Fix and Fix Primer Pore, this primer's consistency is a bit thinner and has little to no scent. When you apply it, it makes the texture of your skin feel smooth in a dry papery way, whereas the Etude one makes your skin feel more velvety. Also after a few days of not using it, I noticed some oil appearing when I squeezed the primer out. To combat this I recommend keeping the tube upside down, or shaking it before using. All in all this primer is okay but not my personal favourite.
