Scalp skin type: Normal to dry, dehydrated. It tends to itch due to my food allergy or when I'm nervous.

Scent: Subtle, gentle, refreshing. Not citrusy fresh, but other way fresh, I can't explain. It doesn't linger on skin or hair. You can only catch it on fingers, when after applying you very gently massage it on skin.

Overall: Briefly, it's working. I can feel this sensation of blood coming to head, but still it hasn't been enough to actually stop my falling. I started to use this tonic, when I didn't have any falling, I just was hoping to strengthen hair follicles. I've been using it for 61 days every day, but when spring came, hair started to fall a lot. Maybe it's because of season and lack of vitamines, but I also have a bad blood circulation, so it may be because of it.

Useful Info: This is that type of tonics that ensures blood circulation (and microcirculation of useful stuff in it) in the hair follicles to strengthen it. It takes time to see results. This is usually due to the fact that average time of hair formation lasts up to 4 months. It's because of different phases of hair growth. So, if you use this or any other 'circulation tonic', be prepared that it will boost speed of hair growth, i.e. older hairs will be falling. Usually this extra and usual falling will stop about 1-1.5 month after you started, so in this time you need to be ready to lose more of older hairs to start growing new and stronger ones.

Make sure to shake it thoroughly, because you need to mix all the ingredients and supposedly alcohol in tonic. I'm not sure of it, 'cause I coudn't find the ingredient list, but in my experience, all of this sort of tonics has alcohol in it. (Don't be freaked out, it helps the active ingredients to penetrate into the skin more effectively, but still we should be careful about bad and good alcohol formulas, for how long we expose our skin to it and in what concentration). So, shake it thoroughly, or else you have a risk to get dandruff. In my experience of using this tonic, I have to say that I feel like it has the lesser amount of alcohol (even if it has it), because I can't sniff it and my normal-dry scalp skin reacts with just a little dandruff and not crazy oil production after 61 days.

I usually use it one time a day, total 6-7 sprays all over the head. I recommend not to spray more than 6-7 times, because your old hair will start fall a crazy lot.

Also I try to not interfere with other scalp care products, though it should be only herbs in this tonic. But sometimes when I have severe allergy itching I use special emolients for scalp skin and it's totally okay. By the way, this tonic is soothing. It helps with little itches.
