I was a bit reluctant to purchase this as some have had bad experiences due to bad storing, but I am so happy that I actually did! This essence/serum leaves my skin happy and with a much more even skin tone than I have had in ages! I do not have any current problems with acne, but have had in the past and treating that issue have left me with very sensitive skin that flares up bright red easily. I do feel like this essence has had a lot to do with the positive changes I've had recently. Some days I can do with only a little spot concealer, when I usually have to put on BB cream as well to even out my flushed skin tone.

The essence itself is a clear watery gel that absorbs quickly into the skin with light patting motions. It is light enough that I can apply cream moisturiser quickly after, but still provides enough moisture itself so that my skin doesn't dry out.
