I didn't know what to expect with this toner but I'm not let down at all. Apparently this is a dupe for Dr.Jart which is pretty pricey in comparison to this. I can't say if it is a dupe, but it works well just in general.

The toner is a milky color and it has a runny, slightly thicker than water consistency. You don't need much to pat on your face and neck area, maybe 4-5 drops. I could immediately tell that my skin felt more moisturized once I patted the toner thoroughly into my skin. My cushion also settled more nicely onto my skin once I switched to this toner.

The other reviews mentioned the scent of this toner and I was expecting it to be obnoxious and overpowering, but it wasn't. I am someone who can get essily irritated by strong scents and this toner didn't bother me at all. The scent actually reminded me of The Face Shop's Mango Seed moisturizer, hahaha.

This is a good toner for the price you pay.👍
