I ended up getting #16 velvet red because it was such a popular color and I really love red tints. I love the finish of this tint; it is a nice matte finish that is not too creamy but not drying either. It does not look good with chapped lips so I'd recommend exfoliating or moisturizing before. It is very easy to apply and blend into your lips. The bottom screws up more product when you start to run out. Overall I think it's a solid lip product that I would use often.
