Rate Date 2017-12-14 03:11:47 Recommend 3 Recommend Views 179 This eyeliner is pretty good. It really doesn't smudge and is pretty pigmented. The only downside to it, is that the tip isn't that pointy and gets blunt very quickly. The pencil sharpener on the other end of the pencil also doesn't do that good of a job. So if you're like me and like to do a wing, you might want to find another one. I now use it on the lower part of my eyes.
