Honestly, I didn't/don't know what to expect from BB Cushions; this Laneige one is my first.

I had thought the compact was going to be smaller, but it is quite hefty (perhaps about an inch wide, maybe?) but looks incredibly smart and sophisticated, which I love. The top is some kind of coloured, yet clear, plastic and it also has a good mirror in it, which means I do keep it in my bag to use the mirror as a mirror and not as a BB Cushion.

I got it in #21P, Pink Beige, and it does cover much better than my previous BB cream (which was really cheap and really, really sheer and at the complete opposite end of the scale in comparison to this one). If you need significant coverage, however, this may not be for you! I'm not sure the shade is right for me, but it is close enough. If you do have generally neat skin without makeup, it is likely that you will be able to get that kind of porcelain-smooth look. However, if you wear white clothes, it might come off onto your neckline, but once it's dried I found that it is generally irremovable. I do really like it and the finish it gives me, and will probably keep it as a case and try out different compatible refills after I finish with the ones that came with this one.
