I had previously tried the Iope cushion, and while I loved the finish of that product, the color was just a hint to dark for my fair skin tone.  So I decided to try this one next since it was offered in a shade lighter than 21.  I got #13 and I couldn't be any happier!  The finish is comparable to that of your typical cushion, glowy/dewy effect with medium/sheer coverage.  Glad I found my correct shade with this one.
