it does not sit on your skin throughout the night. Upon application, there are white beads in the cream that will melt after a while and you will feel that there is a layer of cream on your skin . however, it will be absorb into the as if your not wearing any pack. and you 'll be left with a plump and smooth skin.  A good sleeping pack even for my oily combination skin. I even use a small amount as daily moisterizer. Just make sure to use a small amount. Love!
